We provide free shipping on all orders of $250 USD or more, and offer flat-rate shipping for orders below that amount. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery; therefore, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. All international shipments must be sent to a physical address. At this time, we ship worldwide to every country. Applicable duties will be calculated and collected at checkout. 

Orders are shipped using DHL Express. Before dispatch, our dedicated team conducts a detailed quality and authenticity inspection to ensure every item meets our high standards. 

Orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days from the date of purchase, including 1–3 business days for handling and 3–5 business days for delivery via DHL Express. Tracking information will be provided within 1-3 business days from placing your order. If there are any delays or issues, our support team will reach out to you promptly. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order, as we are unable to modify the delivery address once the item has shipped. Orders returned due to incorrect or invalid addresses may be reshipped for an additional fee (outlined below). 

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can monitor your shipment status by entering the tracking number on the DHL website. 

If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team at support@mamanandheir.com and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue. 

RETURNED ITEMS TO MAMAN AND HEIR

If an item is returned to Maman and Heir (e.g., due to an undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or incorrect shipping information), our Client Services team will contact you to arrange next steps. A flat re-shipment fee of $49 USD will apply, regardless of the reason for the return.

If we do not receive a response within 3 business days from our initial outreach, the order will be automatically refunded, minus a 5% restocking fee as stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
