Orders typically arrive within 4 to 8 business days after being placed and are shipped via DHL Express. As all deliveries are international, a variety of factors—such as customs clearance, courier timelines, and unforeseen delays—may affect your final delivery date. While these are outside of our control, we closely monitor every shipment. If any issue arises during transit, our team will be in touch right away to keep you informed and supported throughout the process.

Shipping costs vary based on total order value. Orders between $0.01-$249.99 in order value will be charged a shipping cost of $29.99. Free Shipping is included for all orders over $250 USD.

Order cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

A $25 USD cancellation fee will be applied to approved order cancellation requests. While we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is placed, our team will make every effort to accommodate your request. To increase the chance of a successful cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible as timing is essential.

All credit card payments are authorized at checkout. Once your order passes our secure anti-fraud verification, your card will be charged immediately to complete the transaction.

If an item is found to be ineligible—due to damage, missing components, or compromised packaging—a member of our Client Services team will contact you directly to discuss a resolution on a case-by-case basis. Please note that if your return cannot be accepted, the item will be shipped back to you.

A $25 cancellation fee applies to customer-initiated cancellations requested within the 12-hour window after purchase. This fee does not apply to cancellations initiated by Maman & Heir, such as in the case of out-of-stock items. Restocking fees apply only to returns refunded to the original form of payment. To avoid restocking fees, you may choose to receive your refund as a Maman & Heir store credit, issued in the form of a digital gift card.
