Shipping costs vary based on total order value. Orders between $1-$150 in order value will be charged a shipping cost of $24.95, while orders between $150.01-249.99 will incur a $14.95 shipping cost. Free Shipping is included for all orders over $250 USD.

Orders typically arrive within 6 to 11 business days after being placed and are shipped via DHL Express. As all deliveries are international, a variety of factors—such as customs clearance, courier timelines, and unforeseen delays—may affect your final delivery date. While these are outside of our control, we closely monitor every shipment. If any issue arises during transit, our team will be in touch right away to keep you informed and supported throughout the process.

Return Eligibility
Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be in brand-new condition—unworn, undamaged, and complete with all original designer tags, security bands, and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: We are unable to accept returns for underwear, swimwear, gift cards, final-sale items, or any product that has been customized.

Return Process
Request a Return:
To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@mamanandheir.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our Client Services team will guide you through the next steps.

You can choose one of the following options:
✦ Standard Refund to your original form of payment (minus a 5% restocking fee)

✦ Store Credit for the full value of your return, with complimentary return shipping and no restocking fee

Ship Your Item
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid DHL return label. Carefully repackage your item with all original designer tags, security bands, and packaging intact. Drop the package off at any DHL location within 5 business days. Late returns may be declined.
Receive Your Refund or Credit
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 2–3 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your bank.

Order cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

A $25 USD cancellation fee will be applied to approved order cancellation requests. While we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is placed, our team will make every effort to accommodate your request. To increase the chance of a successful cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible as timing is essential.
